warning: following post is just a random post about my first trip to school.. might not be of your interest

today was a real interminable day sia...

went to school for a 4-hour enrolment talk... it's been ages since i last sat in a lecture theatre and not to mention.. had a lecture... and to think today's talk was for 4 hours! >.<

all went well.. met some new friends... and the closest one i got to know today asked me a question i really didn't expect.. one of her first few introductory questions were.. "so are you attached?" i just stunned.. and was thinking to myself.. isn't that a little fast? lol... ok.. random.... :p

i also came to realise that on my first day of school.. was coincidentally happens to be my birthday.. isn't a day of fun and play... it's when the actual lectures and tutorials start.. like how sad is that... what a way to celebrate my hatchday huh.... sigh...

i also discovered something really dreadful.....

i need to take Intro to Econs in my 1st year as it's a foundation unit.. like whoopee? gosh.. i'm going to die la.. hope the lecturer wouldn't ba as bad as the one in JC.. if not.. i'll be a real dead duck...

i can't wait for all the quantitative subjects to reach my hands when school term starts... heehee~ but yet i don't want school to start... coz i dread the other qualitative subjects...

another disappointing this is that my school doesn't have term break.. like how sad it that?! i have to study for 21 weeks in a row.. take the exams.. then go for a 2 months break... ah! it's not fair...

on the flip side... this school has its own benefits la.. we have study guides... to me they seem like textbooks.. and i'm glad we have them.. they come direct from UOL - LSE... whee~ the books are rather thick sia.. well.. anything for my degree... >.< those books apparently contain past year papers... with examiners' comments... sounds real good... and i like the part that they get delivered to my home :p

lastly.. looks like i got another thing to add to my to-do list this holidays...
i'll be attending a 2 days workshop for Principles of Accounts... coz i know nuts about it... i better get myself familiarised with the specialist vocabulary... heehee~

ok.. enough about my school..

the chocolates in my room are tempting me!!!! and my ulcer is not helping... -pouts-
