Celebration started ever since Friday [28th July] to Friday [4th August]… yes it was one heck of a LONG 18th Birthday.. but i swear i had a ball of a good time :)
Friday - 28th July
It was just another ordinary school day… nothing much happened… except that i noticed that mr toh was in a rather good mood… he didn’t really scold us… in fact.. it was a really enjoyable session..
I had choir in church that very night… and also… my choir people made last minute plans with me… lol.. so dar and i headed down to church… he even followed me to choir practice.. lol… afterwhich… my friends and the both of us.. zao-ed early to head down to gelare at east coast park before doing so.. we stopped to fetch my other choir friend, Julie…
At gelare… we were at a lost as to what we should order… but before we could make our minds… my friends got me an chocolate ice-cream cake… and being innovative… they decided to order two large waffles to go along with the cake… lol… yup.. our very own ice-cream waffles… lol… they may sound like a small amount.. but trust me.. i was filled! Lol…
We took a stroll down the park… coz we were just too damn full… lol… we were gazing at the stars… looking at the planes as they flew by… enjoying the nice and cool night sea breeze… it was just so lovely…
Sadly.. i had to head home…
Saturday – 29th July
It was the day of our PTM… nothing to be too proud about… lol… maybe except for the fact that i attained an A for my current affairs... lol.. i must say.. it was pretty amazing… haha…
My dad was really irritating me and hurting me throughout the entire day… i controlled while i could… but eventually… i just could not do so any longer… and poor dar had to take my anger… sorry~
We had dinner at Kishin-bo(hope i spelt the name correctly :p)… it was just heavenly.. Japanese food!! :p my favourite!!! Heehee~
As i was having dinner.. i saw miss soo… and i called her out.. and to my realization.. mr karib was having dinner too!.. with miss soo(scandal? Lol.. just kidding :p)… looks like tuition was cancelled too… heehee~
After dinner… one of the staff presented to us a complimentary cheesecake from fiesta… gosh… what great service they provide.. really commendable… they even gave me a pink rose which they made it themselves… lastly.. i had a birthday draw… pretty cute eh? Heehee~
After such a heavy and satisfying dinner.. we headed home… we played a few games of dai dee with my parents…
And the long awaited day had finally arrived…
Sunday - 30th July! [My birthday]
I had to go in to pick 4-D for my mum at the stroke of midnight.. lol…
And when i came back into my room.. dar gave me the most wonderful surprise ever! He got me the shoes i wanted!!! And i swear i didn’t see it coming.. i was over the moon.. sky high.. out of the planet… whatever you call it!.. i was so happy that i had trouble sleeping just thinking about my new pair of shoes… lol.. i don’t know how he got my size… it was just so amazing~ he truly made my day.. even though it was within less than an hour… lol…
Headed to church for mass… and after mass ended… Gerard had to announce to the whole world that it was my birthday.. i don’t think that this has ever happened to anyone before.. i felt honored and happy.. yet so paiseh at the same time..
My battery went dead.. and i couldn’t stay to hang out with my choir people.. so i headed home… because i know it is not right of me to remain uncontactable…
Mummy bought me a small bouquet of my favourite flowers.. red roses~ so pretty.. lol.. and it's wrapped in pink! i like~
Friends came… and my oh my… i came to realise that dar allied with my friends and parents to give me another surprise… i was just left in the dark.. to try and imagine what’s in store for me.. my friends all made me so convinced that what dar got for me was lingerie… but obviously.. it isn’t (thank God..lol)… i was so embarrassed… both dar and i were blushing so much… heehee~
He brought me up to my room... supposedly to reveal the “lingerie”... lol… then it was time to cut my cake… and there were two cakes on the table…but dar wasn’t around when i wanted to take photos... disappointed, i was… but to my surprise… he came out from the kitchen.. with ANOTHER cake!!!... i was so touched.. and my heart was melting like those candles on my cake… you have no idea…

Monday - 31st July
School was as per normal… and i received a gift from hui wen and serena.. it was a heart-shaped necklace… i love hearts~
After school… my qy, sherlyn, dar and myself headed down to united square to have dinner together.. and qy couldn’t stop asking lame questions.. lol… quite a hilarious sight though…
Friday – 4th August
Normal school day.. but it was my final day at choir… AMEN!... going to miss you guys.. but i am really pleased that he let us off… he announced the results of the auditions… and i cleared it!!!... only my friend and i managed to smoke our way through.. i hope the others will do fine too… jiayyous…
I’m so glad that God heard my prayers… and now i am one step closer to my year end Europe trip..
I also had dinner with my neighbours that very night… dar and i met them at cartel(siglap)…
And yes.. one more cake.. lol… one from chocz.. it was heavenly…and they even got me a daisy.. so sweet….
